J'ai passé un entretien chez Barrett Daffin Frappier

Quick, only one interview with a Partner, no strange or off the wall questions. Basically just trying to see if I was normal, team player, etc. Stressed being an efficient employer while being extremely customer service driven. A basic interview where you tell them about yourself, talk about your last job and what you did, they are trying to weed out any red flags or those who will not be able to talk directly with clients.

Interviewed for an associate attorney position. First interview was with a single attorney in the office, and the second one was with a panel of three attorneys from the Addison HQ. The interviews were relatively casual, didn't consist of any difficult questions, and lasted about twenty minutes each. About 50% of the second interview was structured so the interviewee could ask questions about the firm.
The thing that bothered me about this process was not the interviews themselves - they were fine - but that I never heard from BDF Law Group ever again after the interviews were completed. When I emailed a month after the interview to check on the timeline and called them shortly thereafter, I got no response whatsoever. The inability to send even a short boilerplate "we wish you the best in your future endeavors" email struck me as a bit unprofessional.
