Cold outreach to me via LI. I was highly overqualified for the role. I should not have been contacted for this. The recruiter doesn't know what they are doing reaching out to a senior level exec for a sales rep role.

Based on my interview experience with BBSI, the company is deeply conscious of hiring people who fit with its culture and values. In addition, while there was enough "technical" discussion for them to flush out that I knew what I was talking about, they were equally interested in determining my ability to establish and cultivate relationships - both internally and with clients. My assessment - based on my exposure to BBSI through the interview process - was that it's a strongly people-oriented and relationship-oriented company, and is well managed.
