I interviewed with Barinthus for a scientist role. People seemed friendly, I went through several rounds. I did not get the role at the end. I also did not get any feedback, which was quite disappointing. Later it appeared that they might close the UK site. I am unsure, why they were hiring in the first place. A bit of transparency would have been helpful.

Entretien
It all took about 2 weeks. I applied and quickly got a call letting me know I was selected for an in person interview. I drove for 3 hours to the interview. The interview itself went extremely well, everyone was nice and we talked about a wide range of subjects, not at all the typical technical interview. I was also shown around the lab and had a chance to talk to the other team members. Everyone was extremely kind. However it's been 3 months and I got no answer. No email, no polite phone call in spite of it being an in person interview which I find incredibly disrespectful. Get your act together.
