I had three interviews after applying, the first was a telephone interview with the HR department in Charlotte, NC and the second was a video interview with the HR team based in London. These were predominantly competency based interviews where they went through my CV and asked about my skills and experiences. They took about 20 minutes each and both HR departments were very nice. The third interview was a technical interview with two Managing Directors from Equities. This was a video interview and was scheduled for 45 minutes. I received my offer by telephone about a week later.
