After initially applying online, I was then called in for a very short and easy interview. It lasted about 15 minutes, and I did a lot of the talking about my own goals and assets to the company. It was quick and painless. I was hired on the spot as a retail associate and called back to complete some paper work.

The interview was easy and quick, and really barely an interview. I was offered the job right on the spot and accepted. They were desperate for people and probably would have hired any breathing person.
