There was no process at all. Walked in asked for a job application, manager asked me to write down availability and told me to come in for training without any interview. Which is why it's a terrible place to work at because they hire anybody.

I walked in asking if they needed extra help and was pretty much asked to come in to train after they saw my resume. I was asked to come in a certain day to view what they do on the job and was told to come into training after I said I would be willing to work.
