BOGUS AND FRAUD - There was no HR in the whole process, an office boy collected resume and would send in for interview as per his liking, the time schedule was not followed and the JD and the role offered was not in sync. They said they will call in to finalize but never called, The whole process seemed unprofessional. Seemed Bogus and fraud

Entretien
The interview process starts with few initial interactions on email. Mostly links were sent to update few details using "Google Form". Which is not very impressive.
First form would include basic details and expected CTC. Once a candidate is shortlisted another link would be sent with questions. Questions are listed below.
Then I was called to a shady office for an interview. The floor had not more than 200 employees. The reception is very small and ends as soon as you enter. The HR made me wait for more than an hour. The waiting room looks like an interrogation room with broken chairs and shoe stamps on the wall. There are only 2 HRs in Mumbai office and that explains the shabby interview process. The interview started with, "Tell me something about you". As I went through the pointers in the resume the HR wrote all the highlighters and said she would go through a few more candidates and get back. This lasted for less than 10 mins. Overall a not so professional experience.
