Recruiter of their HR was nice and informative, we discussed my previous experience and the job duties that come with their Account Executive role. She informed me that it comes with a book of business without having to cold-call. Had a video interview with 2 sales managers (1 declined to show on video). They let me know it'd be A LOT of cold-calling. I felt a cold vibe once it commenced. They did not discuss the exact prior role I had but did focus on me having a merely 'administrative' job 11 years ago on my resume, although I wouldn't deem it administrative by any means and I was newly out of college at the time, I guess they thought it was beneath them while the job I was hearing about seemed more entry-level anyway. My last role was both inside and outside sales with great track record but somehow they focused on a job they didnt like I had over a decade ago. Also had attitude because I had a gap in my resume, asked me what I was exactly doing in all that time. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I went ahead and took myself out of the running the next morning so I wasn't offered a job or another round or interview but I declined to be considered further.

Question 1
Describe how your background in sales would help you currently.
I interviewed with 2 different managers and both were very easy to talk to as well as very transparent about the position! They gave me a good insight on the company culture and what would be expected of me in this position.
