The process is the usual 4 steps process with a business case presentation at the end. First interview was with HR and then with the hiring manager. You are them given a business case and few days to prepare it to then present in front of a panel.

Entretien
The communication was improper from the beginning. They invited me for an onsite interview and were reluctant to reimburse the travel cost. It is better to invite people when they are close to final stage. Also no proper communication or reply after the interview process. Very unprofessional attitude of HR and hiring manager

Very good initial interview. It was very Concrete. I hoy sufficient info about the role. It started on time.
The recruiting process seemed not to be very complex.
The HR interview was prepared already with examples of cases I would follow up
