Over 10 rounds of interviews including a technical interview, a SIDS interview and interviews with three members if the IBEC. The SIDS interview is a requirement of all ED and MD candidates. Its a panel interview that is a minimum of three hours in length. It goes chronologically from school all the way through your career and forensically understands why you made the career decisions you did and assesses whether what you have put on your CV is accurate.
