I had been a contractor here already so the interview was easy for me; I spoke with my manager about my experiences here, he asked me a few questions and that was it. The process of opening a full time position and getting to the actual interview took awhile but the interview itself was very easy.

1 round - 60 mins with the hiring manager and the director, the questions are mostly behaviors and some basic SQL functions which is not too hard, for behaviors, there is a lot of tell me about a time when....

Normally there are 2 interviews for the BA1-AVP roles. The interviews typically last 2 hrs on average asking Technical questions relevant to the role and values based questions that test to see if you would fit with the company culture.
