It was seamless and quick. Did 2 interviews. The interviews was focussing on my ability to effect change. They were looking for someone that will be able to transform the department. I met with a director and another senior manager at first. I then met with a c-level exec and another senior manager. A lot of questions were around my experience and abilities.
