Quick response, online tests to assess numerical and verbal skills. Long delay until interview stage - 6 weeks from application closing date to face to face interview.
Poor interview experience as they had advertised incorrect information regarding role. Different location and entirely different role. Total waste of my time as wouldn't have applied for the role in the first place.

It was just one interview. Applied online, received a phone call with further questions. Interview was scheduled and it was on critical skills and technical questions. This was done virtually and I was contacted via phone 2 weeks after.

Was contacted by Barclays recruitment team after applying for this job. They rang me and emailed me asking for more details urgently which I provided straight away. They responded that i had been selected for interview... after a week heard nothing (emailed twice - no response). Never heard anything from them again!! Terrible treatment - very disappointing!

A Round robin interview that took place in central London. Two separate 30 minutes sessions with several interviewers. Each had set questions and a free flow format and mixed prior experience with application to new role.
