First round telephone interview, followed by 1:1 and then a final round. Initial interviews were very quick and expected turnaround time was thought to be as quick. Process slowed down due to internal issues. Became apparent company unsure of type of candidate it was looking for. Mixed messages were being sent in relation to potential employment prospects. After final round did not tick boxes that had been previously ticked.
