The Hiring and interviews happened very well. 2 rounds of telephonic and 4 rounds of face to face. Manager was very encouraging & happy to take right resources. But HR interview was delayed multiple times and HR is giving more importance to small factors than skills and not negotiating well with the candidates.

Entretien
Initially,I was told the requirement is more of a Manual testing and need to identify the scope of automation testing.There will be only 2 rounds -telephonic and then F2F.
I cleared first round of interview.But then heard then the team wants to conduct one more round and then F2F.I was surprised.
I given 2nd round and where I was asked all conceptual questions which were not required.
I just thought that they are taking this interview to reject the candidate not taking the interview to select the candidate.
The candidate do not feel comfortable with the first question.
whenever you give interview in Barclays,there is some internal settings to hire a particular candidate. and they just take interview to show the counts to the management.
All are internally set,who will be the final candidate for the position.No matter whether the candidate is with fake or genuine experience.He/she should be your relatives or you should have some earning business with that.The process is pathetic.
