Every Round of my interview went well. Still I got rejected. Round 1: Technical- I cleared Round 2: Manager - Asked mostly behavioral questions. I answered each. He appreciated each answer. At the end he was impressed. I came out of the room. After 2 Hours of waiting they said that I am not selected. Still trying to figure out the reason for my rejection after impressing the manager with my answers. Technical Round went great too. Clearly the interview process DEFIED ALL LOGIC!

2 Technical rounds and one HR Round. 1st round is more technical and second round is like more on managerial and some part on technical level. In 2nd round questions are more on work challenges and process oriented.
