There were four stages. 1. Online personality test: such as how would you react in this circumstance and that circumstance. 2. Online scenario test: you will be put in a scenario where you are an employer of Barclays, and how would you react in different circumstances. 3. Online video interview: 4 online coding tests and around 10 more video recording interview, I was asked something like why would you like to work in the tech division. 4. Assessment day: we were grouped in a hotel to met the developers there, then had a 1 by 1 tech interview and a business interview. Tech interview was more about the technological skills, in my cases, a lot of questions were related to Java because the team worked in Java. In the business interview, I was given a scenario where I need to fix a bug in the tech team, and how would I tackle the problem and cooperate with other teams in various aspects. Got the result within 1 week after the assessment day, all the staffs were really helpful and friendly, had a good time.

First stage: Online assessments. Pretty self explanatory, simple maths and cognitive tests. Second stage: Solo video answering questions. These questions are behavorial questions in style. They also have a mix of personality questions that are multiple choice. Third stage: Virtual assessment centre. Two interviews with a mix of behavorial and "technical" questions. The technical questions are not very technical, They asked a general question and I related it to my personal projects.
