The process included 3 rounds: (1) A technical test (2) A technical round (3) HR Round
The technical test had many Basic aptitude questions, a subjective question and a coding question.

(1) Guesstimate: Amount of Milk used in Kanpur in a day
(2) Puzzle: 2 candles burn in exactly 1 hour. Their rates of burning are random. How will you accurately measure 45 mins by just burning these 2 candles?

(4) Experience regarding one of my PORs
(5) Why this role and why Barclays

Entretien
Overall process is very smooth and went on pre defined lines. First round was Technical round - moderate level sql and basic python questions were asked.
Second round - Case study related to a financial product life cycle was asked. 4 questions and discussion around the answers for them happened.
Lastly, behavioural and culture fit based questions were asked..
