Before interview stage, lots of online tests, including numerical tests. You need to be good at reading and calculating things from graphs and charts. Also tests about how you would act in the role, in terms of communication.

Entretien
online assessment carried out by capp assessments and thus similar to a variety of other online assessments for companies like M&G, EY and Deloitte. Fairly simple numerical section consisting of simple addition, percentage change and subtraction. The test was an integrated online test consisting of numerical, verbal and Situational judgement test in one. Before each question you watched a video and each question had further resources and using such resources along with the video you answered the question. Take care that they recommend to take 50 minutes but this is a really long test with a very high chance of taking even 3 times the length.

You’ll start with resume screening and an online application. Then expect an assessment (numerical, reasoning, maybe tech). Followed by phone/HR & technical rounds. Sometimes a case-study or presentation. Round-with behavioural questions probing risk-framework, your experience, how you solve problems. Senior managers involved late. ~4-5 rounds; lasts a few weeks
