Recruiter screening followed by a 1.5 hour long “Critical Skills” interview via MS Teams. I was asked to run through a previous project while simultaneously answering a mix of technical & competency based questions which felt a little disorganised.

Started with assessments and phone screener. The assessment was situation based where you ranked 6 choices as least effective or most effective given the scenario. The second assessment was a personality test, you're given a list of choices and you pick your top attribute of the selection, then pick your 2nd top attribute. You're meant to work through it quickly and not give the answers much thought, just go with your first gut instinct.
