During the interview process they ask you questions based off of real life scenarios you can run into and also random questions to see your personality. They ask you about yourself, school, and career goals. But they take note of your future goals or advances for when you try to transfer in the hospital.

it was very nice, it felt like a home environment, The interviewer was a nice guy and he asked questions like scenarios and if I did not experience the scenario then he moved to the next question.
