You have a phone interview with the recruiter then they schedule you for an in-person interview which asks about 8 to 11 behavioral questions. For example "Tell me a time where this happened to you and what you did and what was the outcome. It's fairly easy. Usually with a panel interview.

In my interview I was asked behavioral based questions that aligned with each of Banner’s core values. The hiring team was personable and you got a great idea of the in their culture in their specific department.
