Entretien
Pre-screening phone interview asking basic questions about work history, then a three person panel interview with senior members. Second interview was also a panel interview with peers. Both interviews had behavioral questions about leadership examples and why I would want to work for Banner. Have several stories in your back pocket if you want to be prepared.
