I applied for the New Grad RN west valley locations online and my application would not move into "review" until I called the hiring managers three times. I was set up with an interview the following week. The interview itself went well, with a lot of behavioral questions and the hiring manager was very nice. The interview did feel a little rushed and lacked questions on patient care. I was offered a position for nights an hour and a half from where I live. There was no other offer although there are a number of Banner hospitals around the area. I declined the offer.

phone interview with HR that you could schedule fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)
