Interviews were divided into two sections. The main recruiter did a 1:1 interview and then it was followed by a panel interview with 3 nurses. The questions were behavioral in nature. There were interviews being conducted from all of the Banner hospitals in a large room with multiple tables. Candidates were brought in on a schedule and interviewed. This was a large new graduate hiring event.

Entretien
You were interviewed by your peers, and you were asked questions about random scenario's that were meant to explain how well you would cover up for a manager, doctor, or administrator in the event of a medical error. Patient safety was less of a concern as ensuring that management "looks good" and you voice "their wonderful accomplishments" even if it is only lip service. Many of the bedside nurses leave everyday hoping to not lose their nursing license, because they have one nurse to 7-8 patients, and 2-3 managers for every bedside nurse.
