The interview process was pretty easy. I applied online got a call from the talent recruiter, she set up an interview with her first then brought me to the nursing manager. By the time I got home I got a call saying they wanted to offer me the job. My advice is to get the talent recruiters name --- she/ he will be your best friend.

Management interviewed over the phone, and in a in person interview. Interview consisted of multiple questions related to management, scenario-based, and experience based questions. Did go over purpose of the company, what I was hoping to get out of the company, and what I can bring to the company.typically lasts about 40 minute up too 1 hour.
