When you're a returning staff member it's pretty quick and simple. Assuming you did a good job previously they'll want you back. I don't remember my first interview as well but it was pretty easy too.

Easy self scheduled process although hours interfered with school schedule. Interview was fairly long. References were required to get an offer. Virtual interview process so no travel required which I very much appreciated

I applied online. I got an email a few days after to call and schedule an interview. It was a really easy process and the interview was so basic. I asked about the experience with kids, what my strengths and weaknesses were. I was offered the job on the spot.
