I suspect that they are taking advantage of the current economy by running as many people as they can through the interview process. The process itself is fairly well managed; but that doesn't keep it from feeling like a cattle call. The initial presentation was like a revival meeting during which questions weren't welcomed.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
