This is NOT an individual interview. Many other participants; "conference interview" with no one-on-one. I do not recommend this very much. I saw many people having the same experience as I had, this seems like their regular recruiting process.

Happens very fast. Was presented with a briefing describing all of the "fairy tale" benefits in the office. Then asked why should we get the job. Only about 3 people out of the 20 or so in each briefing got call backs for a second in face interview.

You receive a call for an offer as an account executive or management trainee, when, in reality, you are interviewing for the role of cold-calling insurance agent, based purely on commission.
