If you read many of these reviews you will notice a pattern that appears consistent for sales positions like this. You will first attend a group meeting in which you may be given an overview of the company, samples of possible earnings, statements of company values. You can also expect to fill out a questionnaire that will show your enthusiasm, dedication to principles, persistence of effort and perhaps other personal qualities. Often you are invited back for an interview with implications that you are among just a few selected from the original group. In my experience, you then await a phone call in which you most likely will be told "Congratulations! You're being brought on board!" After that there can be variations on signing forms, signing up for licensing training, scheduling licensing testing. Once you have obtained your license you may well be scheduled to attend a company sponsored group training session - usually some distance away lasting for several days to a week. When you come back from that, you start working. Phone calls, additional office training and so on.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) en mars 2026
Entretien
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
