There was a group meeting first, so that the company could present itself. Then, we were all given a written answer "survey" about how we feel we could benefit the company. After that, if they were interested (liked the answers you wrote), they would call you back for an interview. They don't tell you it's a team interview (one Bankers person and a few of the possible employees). My second interview wasn't really an interview - it just gave us the chance to ask questions that we had. Then, the guy basically told us that we far outshone the other canidates and he wanted us to work for him. He went over the testing schedule, and we left.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
