Interview process was a scam. Was done via Zoom group call....first red flag. Second red flag, only done by zoom call for second interview. Was told would have to work a minimum of 50-60 hours just to get paid by commission when we were told that would be after training, instead of off the bat. Was also told that I would have to provide $300 for my own background check and "licensing fees". Whole thing comes across as a scam.
