Applied online a month prior. I received an email from the practice manager to set up a phone interview for that week. Afterwards we scheduled a working interview for the following week. There were more behavioral questions asked in an exam room from the practice manager and two VTs. Then you spent an hour or so watching the doctors and VTs take care of patients and you shadowed inside the exam room to watch interactions between the staff and clients.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
