I was called by the recruiter first and was asked questions about my experience and why I chose to apply at their hospital. For my actual interview at that hospital, I was interviewed in a room that was for storage but was asked almost the same answers the recruiter asked. Overall the interview and interviewer was nice and went smoothly but the room the interview was held caught me off guard a little

I found the interview process to be thorough and complete. I felt like it was a standard interview. They asked standard interview questions.The interview was a rather quick interview but it was a thorough interview. They usually conduct the interview with their practice manager and their doctor that is on staff.
