Entretien
Was connected to Banesco through a recruiting company. They set up a Google Meet call with the IT governance officer and it went very well. They set up a 2nd call with him and the IT operations manager and that went well. A 3rd interview was setup with the CIO and the interim Help Desk Manager. That interview was a little more intense due to it being a 3 person panel. There was a 4th interview with the internal talent specialist and it seemed as if the purpose was to find if my expectation and what I interpreted from the team about the role aligns with what I was looking for. I was informed they are still interviewing candidates. I have yet to hear back.

A lot of scenario based questions. If there is a ticket from the CIO and he is not receiving emails and a ticket about the wire transfer department not being able to submit/receive wire transfer which ticket would you prioritize? and more scenario based questions about management of the help desk staff.
