The Interview Process of Bandhan Bank -Area Manager during Campus Selection were the following:

Documentation.
Personal Interview.
Final Interview.
They would give the feedback and results within 2 or 3 days. The offer letter would be given within that month.

It is the final day to meet the target and one of your staff is having some health issues , what would you do?
I applied through my college. There process include 2 rounds- Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Both the rounds was completed on the same day. At first they conducts Group Discussion and short list for the personal interview. The whole process was completed within two weeks.
