2 in person interviews and 1 phone screening. In person interviews lasted about 45 minutes. The managers reviewed my resume and asked if I had experience working in these types of settings, if I knew first aid, "What would you do if..." questions.

Question 1
"What would you do if someone had low blood sugar" "Did you ever feel like you were given a responsibility that was should not have been yours?" "What would you do if someone was cursing at you?" "Why did you leave your last job?"
Pretty straightforward. Started with a basic phone screening then an in person meeting with Program Manager and Shift Supervisor. The phone screening lasted about 15-20 mins. The in person took about an hour.
