3 interviews stage:
First with Human resources' Diretor - Face to face - CV background check and financial markets quiz
2nd - Interview with Comercial Director - By phone - Case Study by having more quiz related to Personal Financial Advisors - usual scenarios that PFA face.
3rd and final stage - Interview with Administration - I've had to go to Lisbon to have a Face to Face Interview, to see if you can have empathy with unknown person.
