The interview process was great! I got to know my peers and the leadership and it gave me a great initial understanding of who Bananatag is and who works there.

The interview process was good, but started early March right in the beginnings of Covid-19 so I don't know how accurate timing will be for a regular hiring process with Bananatag. I had a short phone interview, followed by a technical interview which consisted of questions of my management style and experiences. After that I had a culture fit interview which discussed my experiences again but also had some fun questions in there about me and who I am outside of work and then a final interview with the head of HR.
