Interview process was long, Several rounds, Including 2 different assessments. Very little transparency to the engineering team that you would be working with. Final interviews with committee that is comprised of different engineers from different teams. Overall the assessment seemed very arbitrary and without direction. Seemed like they didn't know what kind of person they were looking for.

Don't bother with these types of places. Applied online. Sent a hackerrank link in my email some weeks later. 10 free form essay questions akin to "what is your greatest weakness?". Seriously? Maybe ask these in person instead? A few easy technical questions related to HTML, CSS, JS and react. 3.5 hours is the allotted time. This is all before talking to a single human being.
