Interview process was interesting in that I was asked to fill out a skills test prior to speaking to a team member virtually. This interview stuck out to me, though, as I had another pending offer that I had to move forward with prior to getting to meet with the Balto team face to face. The team at Balto was extremely professional and communicative in my short time during the interview process, and I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Emailed and was asked to schedule a zoom call. The zoom call was informative and they answered some question about the position and asked me about my background. They didn't seem to interested in filling the role even though they said they were growing.

Entretien
I had a phone interview first, and then was brought in for a in-person interview. The interview was with two members of the team and lasted about an hour. They asked 5 questions about the previous 3 roles I held, and then asked if I had questions for them.
