The first interview consisted of a phone interview of about 15 minutes. The second round of interviews was a 30-minute group lesson (multiple students, me, and BSO observers) followed by a 30-minute panel interview which was recorded. Generally, responses to my questions were very fast and informative. The students were not nearly at the playing level at which I was informed. After the second interview, I waited for approximately 4 weeks to hear their decision. They did not respond to my follow-up questions about the position, but did eventually give me a rough timeline for when I could expect to hear their decision.
