Seamless interview process and good communication back and forth. After accepting the offer, the Balfour Beatty team stayed in contact until the end of the school year. Overall, the experience was really good.

I interviewed through the college when they came to recruit. First interview was in person then if they liked you, you would be contacted by HR for an over the phone interview
