Gung-ho, interviewer wasn’t professional. Setup an initial call that served genuinely no purpose. Interview itself involved a discussion with the project team which involved a note about how one of the staff was openly discriminatory. Softball questions on work ethic, education, no expectation of experience. Discussed benefits which included a gas card and truck. The interview itself took format as a discussion of vague responsibilities rather than formal questions.

Two interviews, 30 minutes each. They asked standard questions like how I got into Construction, what challenges I have faced, what do I like to do in my free time, etc.
