While some of the people I spoke with were nice, the process as a whole was very disorganized and unclear. I had three rounds of interviews (HR/Head of Dept./Agency Founder), yet never got fully clarity on the salary range, only that they wanted to hire someone ASAP. The interviewers each touted Bald's culture and how they "figure things out together." Yet all tiptoed around what the long term vision was for the agency and didn't give clear answers on what sort of skills/experiences they were looking for in this new hire. Also - despite repeatedly asking - never got clarity on the brands/accounts the role would cover, or what metrics/results this hire would be measured against. Candidly, my interview with the founder was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever had. He was 12 minutes late because a prior call went over (understandable), but then he proceeded to take the video interview from his car - off camera - while he was out running errands and experiencing tech issues while driving. Needless to say, I don't think my answers landed and certainly didn't get any of my questions answered. All in all, my interview experience was a poor one because it focused more on what a great place it is to work and the type of vibes/personality they all like working with vs. any clear cut discussion about the role they were hiring for.
