There were 3 interview stages and also a meeting with the HRM to discuss my personality profile. The process was relatively quick and feedback was provided through the process. I met the team during the interview process, I also met the Director of the branch. All interviews were conducted via teams.

The interview process was very structured. There were a few different stages where I met with different levels of management and my potential colleagues. This process also included a psychometric assessment.
