HR reached out to do a quick phone interview. I had a very pleasant conversation with the employee. Then, I virtually interviewed with two principals and one manager that I would be working with. The principals and manager came to the interview unprepared (in a rush), dressed in sweatpants and a hoodie, chewing gum, and barely asked any questions about me. It was frankly embarrassing on their part.

They mainly wanted to know my prior work experience with a former public firm. The questions seemed like they wanted to know more about the firm (and what clients the firm was servicing) rather than what I could bring to the table.

Entretien
the usual interview wherein focused on the educational background and the expectations of the applicant about the company. They are very considerate specially to fresh graduates and will offer lots of learnings.
