There are 3 stages of the interview in BT
1 stage: Answer a psychology test
2 stage: Group presentation - The interviewer will play a video about BT and based on we need to answer the questions based on the video played. After that, they request us to draw an animal and the members of the group will then present on it. (Is all about team work)
3 stage: Group interview - just a normal chat between the group and you just need to tell them about yourself.

Erst CV grob durchgegangen, dann personal fit und warum die Brand und dann noch Kenntnisse abgefragt mit technischen Fragen. Am Ende gab es dann noch zeit für Rückfragen und die mündliche Zusage.

You need to prepare some basic accounting knowledge before the interview and try to sell yourself as uniquely as possible. The interviewer also are quite understandable if you have problems during the zoom meeting
