Apply online by emailing to HR address, Phone screen, interview with HR Manager, Recruitment Testing, Second interview with leadership, offer letter and negotiations. Interview had behavioural and situational type questions and interviewer spoke to me like a person instead of peppering with back to back questions - it was like a conversation.
