First got an email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was through a recruiting person from the company and went over things on my resume. Along with that, asked a couple of behavioral and situational questions. No more than 4 of the combined two. Lasted about 20 minutes Then was moved into a second interview with a partner and principal of the service line I was going into. A one-hour interview but both was not present at the same time. Partner first then principal second. Both asked behavioral questions as well as situational. Both interviews were quite laid-back and informal and mostly was to see culture fit outside of the interview questions.
